Our Zoning Officer is Gary Bias.  If you are looking to do any kind of a project on your home, please contact the Zoning Officer before you start your project to find out if a permit is needed!  He can be reached by email at zoningdept@lakeviewohio.com or by phone at 937-843-9152, extension 6.  Once you have secured your Zoning Permit, you will then need to contact the Logan County Building Authority to see if you need a Building Permit from that agency.  They are located at 1365 County Road 32 North, Suite 2, Bellefontaine, Ohio, 43311.
