NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for a Variance application, Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Village of Lakeview Fire Department Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Cory & Justine Arbogast are requesting a variance to allow them to replace a 6 ft. fence with an 8 ft. fence around their swimming pool. This would be on a parcel, 47-017-17-03-001-004, located at 400 Champion Dr., Lakeview, OH 43331, which is zoned B-2, local business district.
