Zoning Variance Meeting 3/31/2025

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for a Variance application, Monday, March 31, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the Village of Lakeview Fire Department Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Randy Brown is requesting a variance to allow them to have seasonal usage of their recreational vehicle and year-round parking on vacant parcel, 47-017-14-04-001-000, located at 565 Lima St., in Lakeview, OH 43331, which is zoned R-3, a high-density residential district. They have placed a deposit to purchase this parcel upon approval of this variance.
