NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for a Variance application, Monday, July 21, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the Village of Lakeview Fire Department Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Craig Langenkamp is requesting a variance to allow them to have an accessory structure with a deck and roof for their recreational vehicle on vacant parcels, 47-017-14-06-005-000, & 47-017-14-06-006-000 located at North St., in Lakeview, OH 43331, which is zoned R-3, a high-density residential district.
