NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on a Variance application at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, May 12, 2026, at the Fire Department Building, 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Greg Berning representing, 130 Stephenson St. LLC, is requesting a variance to allow them to construct a storage building on this parcel without having a principal residence. There originally was a house on these parcels that was destroyed by the tornado and then demolished. This would be on two vacant parcel, 47-017-18-04-031-000 and 47-017-18-04-032-000, located at 130 Stephenson St., in Lakeview, OH 43331, which is zoned R-2, a medium-density residential district.
