NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for a Variance application, Thursday, May 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Village of Lakeview Fire Department Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Eric & Tiouna Neeley are requesting a variance to allow them to have seasonal usage, and storage of an RV and an accessory structure. This would be on a vacant parcel, 47-017-14-16-039-000, located at 320 Park Ave, in Lakeview, OH 43331, which is zoned R-2, a medium-density residential district.
