If your organization would like to reserve one of our parks for an event, you will need to fill out a Facilty Use Agreement and return it, along with all of the requested information and documentation to the Village Offices (126 N Main St / PO Box 197, Lakeview, OH 43331). 

The Village will review the information and verify that the dates you have requested are available.
