The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for two variance applications, Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the Village of Lakeview Fire Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. 1st variance at 6:00 PM is from Robert Brock requesting a variance to allow them to have seasonal usage of their recreational vehicle, a shed accessory building for storage and year-round parking for their RV on vacant parcel, 47-017-14-05-001-000, located at 560 Lima St., in Lakeview, OH 43331. 2nd variance at 6:30 PM is from Denise Dalicandro requesting multiple variances to allow them to build two 3 story tri-plex buildings on 3 parcels, 47-017-18-02-009-000,47-017-18-02-010-000, & 47-017-18-02-008-000 located at 110 & 120 N. Oak St., in Lakeview, OH 43331. Both variance applications are for parcels zoned R-3, a high-density residential district.
