The annual Consumer Confidence Report is now available on line under Public Notices and there are hard copies on the counter in the Utility Department if you wish to stop by and pick one up.

United Way offering free online tax preparation.

If your household earned less than $66,000 in 2018, you can file both your federal and state returns for free using MyFreeTaxes.com.  United Way, in partnership with H&R Block, has made it available nationwide to over 100 million US taxpayers as part of our fight for the financial stability of ever person in every community.  According to the IRS, only 1.5% of Logan County residents filed their income taxes for free last year.  Over 8,190 returns were filed by a paid preparer at an average cost of $265 per return!

Open Burning

Please remember there is no open burning allowed in the Village of Lakeview.  We have had some reports of people having a fire.  We would rather not have to cite you for this so please remember NO OPEN BURNING. Thank you!

150th Celebration

Church Cookout

Come enjoy fellowship and fun at the Indian Lake Baptist Church on September 16th! The worship service will be located in the tent at the new church site on Lake Street.  Following the service, we will have food and fun including a bounce house for the kids!  We look forward to seeing you there!
